I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tom both personally and professionally over the past year and it has been life changing. He has a fantastic approach to mental and physical health which makes him so easy to work with. What started out as a small fitness plan has now turned into a full program with sessions twice a week. His unique approach puts you in control of the results you want and really challenges your mindset and body. I can’t recommend Tom enough, I’ve challenged myself and pushed myself out of my comfort zone and the results have been phenomenal, thanks to him my confidence has grown and my mental and physical health have never been better!

I started this year in a horrible place and it got worse over the lockdown I wasn’t happy with myself the way I looked how I was mentally, I decided to do something about it. It was effecting my every day life. So just over 10 weeks ago I met Tom who I can say saved me more than he will know. I will forever repeat this. We started training, I would cry, be down and I couldn’t get out my own head but he gave me reason to forget everything for an hour. I’m still struggling but not as much, he is there for me when I need him and encourages me to realise myself worth. I am stronger mentally and physically and I can’t wait for more.

Honestly before getting PT’s I used to dread it but actually look forward to going to the gym cause we have a laugh and feels like just at the gym with my mate 😂🙋🏼‍♀️highly recommend never felt more comfortable and at the gym too everyone’s lovely xx

So I’ve been training for apx four weeks now…
I can honestly say I enjoy all of our sessions. Even if I sweat at the sight of your backpack opening 😂 But not only can I see my physical health improving – it’s nice to have a good old chin wag. About anything/everything/nothing. Few things I need to work on myself – could be better with nutrition but I’m working on that. In this for the long haul… so baby steps while working physically and mental. Rome weren’t built in a day as they say.

It’s working for me so far . Can see that and feel it body and mind. Did 40 miles on the bike since sat and half hour on stationary mc tonight and squats No knee issue felt and shoulder much better which was the reason I contacted you in first place – top man 👍

I’ve measured myself today and since 18/02/22

Ive lost 11cm around my waist, 8cm around my bum, 6cm around chest, 3cm lower stomach, 3cm top of my thigh and 1.5cm around my upper arm – Sammy 30, Coventry
